You scroll through Pinterest for DIY projects and think “I wish I could make that.”
You pin idea after idea and that’s where they stay, ideas.
You don’t think you are creative enough to be a crafter.
You want to be able to confidently use your cutting machine to make crafts but don’t know where to start.
I understand. Because I used to feel the same way.
I BELIEVE THAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE CREATIVE TO CREATE.
You don’t have to be an artist or have the ‘creative gene’ to make amazing creations. With the right designs and the right ideas, YOU can make products you’ll be proud to share with your family and friends.
WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:
“I love your designs.”
“I took the time and downloaded all of these today. Thanks for sharing.”
“I adore your designs and have plans for all of them.”
Imagine having the confidence of seeing an idea online and knowing you can easily make it and make it better!
Imagine the feeling of walking into your house flooded with decor that you made yourself.
Imagine your friends and family asking you to make something they could gift to a family member or friend.
When you become part of the Maggie Rose Design Co community you will find how easy crafting can be with original designs, project ideas and tutorials so that you can pursue your passion and enrich the lives of your family and friends with your love-infused creations.
Plus you’ll be the first to know about new designs.
In the middle of having three young kids, my husband and I moved to a new state for our jobs, away from family and friends. Without the support we were used to, our new life felt hard and overwhelming. I wanted to find a hobby that would give me time to be me; not a wifey, not a tantrum and meltdown negotiator, not hired help for corporate America, just me. I wanted to make time for me so I could be a better version of myself for my family.
So I bought a Cricut cutting machine having ZERO experience crafting anything and having never thought of myself as a creative person. Seriously, the most creative thing I had done before this was hot gluing my leftover wine corks on a giant wooden K to decorate our dining room. There is so much this machine can do, I didn’t really know where to start. Cards? Jewelry? Balsa wood? I don’t even know what that is. Through lots of trial and error, I quickly fell in love with all it could do, especially making my own designs. When my husband stole a shirt I had made, I knew I was on to something good.
Through this whole journey, I learned that you don’t have to be creative to create. Creativity is just a desire to share a piece of your heart with the ones you love.
