Decorate your craft room with this Crafting Supplies Heart SVG cut file featuring your favorite tools to craft with including a cutting machine, blades, and more.
One of my biggest design projects I've ever completed was designing SVG cut files of all of the Cricut supplies including the machines, blades, mats, materials, tools and accessories.
It was so much fun to recreate my favorite Cricut products and turn them into cut files that could be used in so many different ways.
You can grab a few of them for free in my Resource Library.
And don't worry Silhouette and Brother Scan n Cut users I also have a cutting machine cut file for you in there as well!
But head over to my Shop if you want to check out all of these Cricut Supplies Bundles.
In addition to using these designs in my own SVG cut files, I've also had some incredible bloggers use them as well.
Jennifer Swift at Well Crafted Studio used my designs to create her own tattoos for her ebook launch party.
Emily Minor from Minor DIY used my designs to create a Cricut Hanging Blade Caddy you can make with material you already have at home. Who doesn't love to upcycle!
Amy Romeu from AmyRomeu.com used my design to make a cute crafting coffee mug.
Today, I'm using my own Cricut Crafting Supplies Bundle to create a Crafting Supplies Heart with an option for a Split Monogram.
Want to make your own split monogram tote bag?
Let me show you how to make your own Crafting Supplies Split Monogram using Cricut Design Space.
This can also be made using a Silhouette, Brother Scan n Cut, or another cutting machine. Just choose the file type that works for your machine. You can reference the ‘How to use cut files’ document included in the zip file to learn which file type is needed for your cutting machine.

Where do I get the Crafting Supplies Heart?
You can purchase the Crafting Supplies Heart & Split Monogram for either Cricut or Silhouette from my Shop.
Instructions
Follow these easy steps to make the Crafting Supplies Split Monogram using Cricut Design Space.
Open Cricut Design Space and click the + to create a new project.
In the Design Panel on the left, select “Upload.”
Click Upload Image, then Browse, and navigate to the SVG files on your device to upload them to Cricut Design Space. Here you can change the name and add tags. Click “Save.”
Once you have the file uploaded, select the designs and click “Insert Images” to bring the design onto your canvas.
Below is what the design will look like when you add it to Cricut Design Space. You'll need to resize the design using the Edit Toolbar at the top of the page.
Click the Text icon in the Design Panel to the left of the Canvas and type in the name you want to include on your split monogram.
The font will default to Cricut Sans or whatever font you used last. You can change the font to any of the Cricut fonts or your system fonts. I'm using a Cricut font called A Child's Year.
Click on the text and using the button right hand icon, drag the text to change the size so it fits inside the split monogram.
Select all of the layers and using the Align dropdown in the Edit Toolbar, center the text and the heart horizontally.
With all of the layers selected, click the Attach button in the bottom of the Layers Panel. This will create one layer of the design. If you want to use a different color for either you don't need to Attach the text to the Heart.
You'll now see in the Layers Panel that all of the layers are Attached.
Now you’re ready to cut it. Click Make It in the upper-right hand corner and you’ll be taken to the prepare screen.
Here you’ll want to select your material size. The default size is 12x12 so don't forget to change it if you're using a material that's a different size.
Now it’s time to connect to your machine and select your material.
Carefully weed the heat transfer vinyl.
Check the Cricut Heat Guide to confirm the time and temperature needed to apply the HTV to the tote bag.
What else can I make with the Crafting Supplies Heart?
Use this design on a sign to decorate your craft room or make a personalized coffee mug or t-shirt for your favorite crafting buddy. The skies the limit!
